PT Clad
Components:
PT Primer: PT Primer is the primer for the PT Clad system. It is a 100% solids clear epoxy that
provides excellent adhesion, even over damp concrete.
PT Clad: PT Clad is a 3 component epoxy mortar system consisting of epoxy resin, amine
curing agent, and a special trowel grade aggregate blend. Its outstanding trowelling properties
allows for quick application and a smooth level finish.
PT Sealer : PT Sealer is a 100% solids epoxy coating used to seal the PT Clad and prepare the
system for acceptance of the finish coat. Its blush-free cure enables this product to be used as
an economical finish coat for the PT Clad and it ensures good intercoat adhesion.
TerraSeal: TerraSeal is a high end cylcoaliphatic amine cured epoxy coating that provides high
gloss and improved color stability. It is ideal for use as a finish coat for the PT Clad system to
provide a smooth finish, or, with the addition of a aggregate, and slip resistant finish.
TerraSeal OP: TerraSeal OP is a cylcoaliphatic amine cured coating with gloss and color
stability properties equal to the standard TerraSeal. However, the TerraSeal OP provides a
decorative orange peel finish. It is ideally suited as a finish coat for the PT Clad system
cleanability is important, but a smooth, glass-like finish is not desired.
