Installation begins with the preparation of the
concrete surface. The surface is abraded to
create a profile for maximum bond to the
coating. Holes are patched as required.
A 100% solids epoxy basecoat
is applied. The basecoat is
spread with a squeegee, then
rolled to an even thickness.
The systems are finished with
a high gloss, light-stable
sealer.

Like the basecoat, this final
coating is applied by
squeegee, then backrolled to
an even finish.
The aggregate is then broadcast into the still
wet basecoat.

TerraChip gets a full broadcast of acrylic
paint chips and TerraQuartz gets a full
broadcast of colored quartz.
Once the basecoat has cured, excess
aggregate is removed.

TerraQuartz will receive a second
basecoat and full broadcast of
aggregate before continuing to the
sealer coat.
