PT-Clad is a ¼” power-trowelled epoxy mortar system.    It is designed with 2 purposes in mind.  1.) To provide protection for concrete slabs from the severe physical abuse associated with heavy manufacturing.  2.) To resurface degraded concrete floors.

The blend of high-end epoxy resins with graded silica yields a trowellable mortar that exceeds the strength of the concrete it is designed to protect, making it an excellent barrier from the abuses of manufacturing environments.  The trowellability of the system allows PT Clad to resurface severely eroded floors, providing a fresh level surface for your production areas and aisles.   In addition, PT Clad system is composed of solvent free products, ensuring minimal odor during installation. 

PT Clad is available in a variety of finishes—smooth, orange peel, or slip resistant texture.
