TerraRich
The TerraRich system is resin-rich, containing twice as much resin as standard trowelled
systems. This resin-rich technology yields a high strength, non-porous barrier of protection.
With compressive strengths 3-4 times that of concrete, TerraRich can take the extreme
physical abuse associated with heavy manufacturing. With zero porosity, TerraRich prevents
moisture and chemicals from migrating to the substrate — a leading cause of premature
flooring failure.

TerraRich - Touch & Versatile
Our standard formulation offers a wide range of application possibilities. Its primary use is as
a 1/8”- ¼” heavy duty overlayment. Due to its quick cure and non-blushing properties,
TerraRich is also used as a 90 mil self-levelling system. It is then typically finished with a coat
of TerraSeal or TerraSeal OP for a high gloss long-lasting finish.
When combined with pea gravel and sand, TerraRich is ideally suited for patching severely
deteriorated concrete, sloping floors to drain, and forming curbs. Its low exotherm formulation
allows it to be applied up to 4" thick.
